    Horrible location. I have not once received a package delivery notice or ANY attempted contact. They have also shipped packages back out, before the 5 business day holding period. Additionally, I work a 9am-5pm job, it is nearly impossible to make it to their location, before they close, and they don't have weekend operating hours. Go with anyone but Purolator.

    The services is horrible the delivery person never rings the door bell, just left me a second time a note which was a difficulty even to see, we have find that note 3 days later. This office on Powerline having a problem to pick up the phones you need more then an hour to talk to someone, that office wants me to pick up my package to drive 16 km.one way from my home.

    Attempted delivery, during business hours, to a gated community.Had to call and complain and reschedule. Sure enough, next day, driver admitted, he wasnt going to bother going through the gate, make me drive to Brantford to get it. Not the service I paid for. Shouldnt have to explain that to the driver.

    They always say the attempted a delivery yet leave no slip.. and when called they refuse to re deliver the package. They will come into the building WITHOUT package and just the slip to put on the door and have been caught doing so. Absolutely lazy. Will also include a time it was delivered and upon checking home cameras.. THEY NEVER EVEN CAME. I do not recommend purolator, ever. Lazy and horrible service. And crappy at rectifying their mistakes. 0 stars.
