The cab driver was driving my son home from work and ended up getting in a car accident. He drove the car into a ditch and left my son to walk home while he waited for a tow truck. But that wasn't before he asked for payment! I called the manager 3 times and have left messages but have yet to have my calls returned.
My wife called Langley CABS for a taxi, she was told that taxi will arrive at her place in 10 min. and after more than 20 min. waiting she called them back to check where is her taxi, the guy was so rude and his excuse was just they are so busy today and her taxi is on the way and he rudely cuts off the line.
Her taxi arrived after 37 min. and it ends up she was 15 min. late to work which puts her in trouble with her boss.
Those guys do not know the meaning of responsibility or commitment.
